The Motherland has now spoken: Canada is officially naughty.

[What is it, Kick the Canadians Season?]

The paragon of morality believes that Canada has violated its United Nations treaty obligations.

[Say again? I got a case of the giggles...]

Russia says Canada should be ashamed of itself.

[Not...sure...I...can...hold...it...]

The country that illegally invaded The Crimea just a few years ago has said Canada is a member of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and should behave that way.

[Really...not...fair...]

The country that dropped the Iron Curtain around all of Eastern Europe said "nyet to weed, comrades."
