Cannabis Cultivation Regulations Released by CDFA

"The California Department of Food and Agriculture has released proposed regulations for the state medical cannabis cultivation and licensing program.
Release of the draft regulations marks the official start of a 45-day public comment period provided under California law.
All interested parties are encouraged to submit comments about the proposed regulations to CalCannabis, the branch of CDFA that is overseeing the cannabis cultivation regulatory framework.
Comments may be submitted in writing until 5 p.m. June 12. Verbal public comment is also invited at a meeting from 1 to 3 p.m. June 14 at the California Department of Food and Agriculture Auditorium, 1220 N St., Sacramento.
